Is this the new look of Windows 8.1 Build 9391, rumor has it that Microsoft recently submitted by the developer preview of Windows Blue future to select OEM partners for testing purposes, ahead of its public debut next month at the BUILD.
And the developer preview version is build 9391. So today is one of the screenshots for this build has been leaked onto the internet and it seems legit, maybe only a few people started joking again as they did prior to build 9404 and build 9388.
I think next will be "developer preview of Windows 8.1 Build 9391" but when we just need to wait as usual for some people who will be leaked soon.
Windows 8.1 Build 9391
When Windows 8.1 became available to the public, it is expected that it will be released through the Windows Store and will come with a whole host of changes to the core operating system, perhaps even including the return of the start button.
While Microsoft may follow the same route they took during the launch of Windows 8, it's still not sure whether Microsoft will also release the Consumer and Release Preview editions of Windows 8.1 for the general public.
